Gunfight Between Gibbs and Ted Bankston is an incident that occurred in downtown Washington D.C. in November 2008 in which NCIS Special Agent Leroy Jethro Gibbs engaged in a gunfight between Ted Bankston who was revealed to be the Weatherman and responsible for the abduction of Amanda Lee, the adopted sister of disgraced NCIS Special Agent Michelle Lee.
