Talk to the Outland Count. He will tell you of a glowing tree in the Scarlet Pillars, and that the phenomenon only takes place at night. Travel to the Scarlet Pillars at night, to C-2/1-1 at low elevation. Mark the location of the glowing tree, then return to the Count and indicate its position to him.
