The Technical Conservation Act of 1815 PD was an act of law passed by the government of the Maslow System in 1815 PD. It very much mimicked the People's Republic of Haven's Technical Conservation Act of 1778 PD, turning specialists into a "national asset" and denying them to travel freely or to leave the nation at will. Sebastian Adcock's family decided to leave Maslow as aresult of the limitations the Act put on their lives. (Companion)
