Ruff Puffs are cloud monsters and followers of Huff N. Puff. The Ruff Puffs in Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door have less HP and look very similar to the Dark Puff. The only difference between the two is that Ruff Puffs have color and more health and attack than Dark Puffs, possessing otherwise the same function and abilities.
