Paul Schneider was the first Leader of the Conservative Party and the first Conservative Prime Minister. He was defeated by Henry Carthsbury in the leadership election of April 2639. He is responsible for establishing the Conservative Party as a major political party, and for causing the lull in support for the Conservative Party during the "Schneider's Gravity" of 2637-2639.
