2-XP0 was a protocol droid owned by an unknown podracing company boss. The droid would often come back from fixing something and have laser cuts on him. The boss never gave him new coverings. One time, the covering got so thin that the laser punctured the plating and sliced a drive motor. The droid could not move until the boss replaced the motor with one he found in his vast junkshop underneath his bedroom.
