The 2006 Sutherland Cup was the Ontario Hockey Association Junior "B" championship. It was competed for by the winners of the Mid-Western Junior B Hockey League, Western Ontario Junior B Hockey League, and Golden Horseshoe Junior B Hockey League. It begins with a double home-and-home round robin. The two top teams then compete in a best-of-7 series to determine the winner.
