Richard/Enrique "Ricky" Fisher was a minor character who appeared in book one, his big claim to fame is that he will pick the gum of the bottom of desks and chew it for fifty cents. Ricky was part of Greg's independent study group, at first Greg wasn't sure about Ricky being in their team, but when the team had to design a robot, Ricky turned out to be one of the most valuable contributors to the project (the group came up with swear words what their robot shouldn't say, and Ricky came up with twenty) although that only led to the boys being banned from independent study for the rest of the year.
