An artillery unit is a mobile tank, first appearing in the Deep Amazon level. As the Autobot crosses the bridge to the temple, they will encounter two Artillery units and two Heavy units (more on higher difficulties). Upon climbing up the steps towards the temple, three will be encountered, along with a platoon of Light units and a platoon of Medium units. Artillery units fire rockets at long range and if an Autobot gets too close they will put up a shield, making them difficult to destroy. As the Autobot circles the outer walls of the temple, there is another across the ravine, which fires upon sighting an Autobot round the corner. Its missiles can easily blow even Optimus Prime off the edge of the temple.
