The Guardian sphere was a group of spells granted to clerics, crusaders, and monks that produced zones of protection, often reactive to threats or by way of a semi-sentient creature. Spells in normal text were listed in the Tome of Magic 2nd edition. Spells in italics were added to the Guardian Sphere in the Player's Option: Spells & Magic sourcebook.
