Nōsei has shown to have the ability to form two different weapons using this technique, a sword a spear. The sword, named Reirō Tsurugi (玲瓏剣, "Translucent Sword"), takes the form a semi-transparent blue jian, but otherwise has no special abilities. The spear, referred to as Danpen Yari (弾片槍, "Shrapnel Spear") is similarly translucent but has the ability to shatter according to the will of the user, effectively releasing a barrage of sharp chakra shards in multiple directions. It should be noted that the spear does not have to shatter upon contact with an opponent, this added ability is triggered by the user. Furthermore, since the direction of the shards is not controlled in this particular technique, it is not recommended to be used near allies.
