Until winter 1222 Phaedrus resides in one of the buildings erected as a future home for covenfolk. There is nothing fancy about it and he spends most of his time outdoors working on some project or reading/writing in the scriptorium. As of winter 1222 Phaedrus deems his future residence on the third regiolevel ready enough to start setting up his lab and moving in.
