It only requires you to lock 3 towers before playing (No payment!) ; You can't use those towers for the rest of the game. The bloons come from the bottom of the track and make their way to the dead TotMG. You can place anywhere on the track, even on the path! But the towers on it would act like tunnels, so it can't target under it.
