A Spider Body, as the name implies, is the carcass of an especially large spider. It can be collected by slaying the four huge spiders in Landrin's Home in Beregost and looting one of the bodies. It must be brought to Landrin at the Friendly Arm Inn to complete the first section of her quest. It has no uses other than to complete the quest.
