The Thick Skin Gem is an essence gem which causes players to take only half as much damage from traps, and also improves their Body attribute. It is a weaker version of the Iron Skin Gem. It can be obtained in the quarry at Old Tien's Landing, being given to players by Turnkey Shiji as part of the Gems in the Quarry quest.
