James Fisher is a senior member of Axbridge cricket club. James has decided to take up cricket as he once again tries to step out of his brothers, Mike Fisher, shadow. 'Jimbo' to his mates, said "Mike is a truely magnificent cricketer, if I can achieve merely a fraction of his ability this season, then I can help Axbridge to big things". Mike responded "I agree". James announced in November 2011 that he was to become a Daddy for the first time, he also became joint Axbridge Vice-Chairman for the 2012 season along with Liam Jones.
