Arthur Rochester is an American sound engineer. He has been nominated for several Academy Awards in the category Best Sound. He has worked on over 65 films since 1970, including, American Graffiti (1973), The Conversation (1974), Poltergeist (1982), Prizzi's Honor (1985), What's Love Got to Do with It (1993), The Truman Show (1998), About Schmidt (2002), Master and Commander: The Far Side of the World (2003), and Something's Gotta Give (2003).
