The fifteen Ordinal Halls of the Adeptii located between the Tropic of Keser and the Hall-of-the-Point – Mishkan Tsipporen. These Adeptii are dedicated to the use of the Helekiim who are working diligently on completing the assignments in the northern Cardinal Halls.
