Cumulus is a Ruff Puff, and one of the partners in Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door 2. He was originally in service under HuffN' Puff in the original Paper Mario, but he had been defeated by Mario. Lurking at the Fahr Outpost, he ran into Mario, and was recruited to join his team.
