Zubeida is an Abomination. She was formerly a Silent Strider, and is now a Setite antitribu. She is a member of the True Black Hand. Centuries ago Zubeida quested to bring about some sort of unification of the disparate tribes of Africa but, unfortunately, was Embraced in the shadow of the Sphinx by the Followers of Set. For a long time she served her masters until the Black Hand destroyed the temple and freed her to tear out her own intestines. She was prevented from her destruction and constantly watch her for recurrences. She does serve the sect willingly because she feels it does some good.
