Notices are spreading throughout Fastheld that well-known Leatherworker, and former Guildmistress of the Leatherworkers' Guild, Alainne Woodsong of Hawk's Aerie, was brutally attacked and tortured this evening. Found on the docks in Light's Crossing where she had apparently been visiting for a few days, reports say that she was dropped behind a grouping of barrels earlier that evening to die. It is said that she received a deep daggar wound to the chest, just beneath her collarbone, and a series of burns, all over her body, in such a way that could possibly speak of torture. The most visible burn is in the shape of a circle on her right cheek.
