|- Siphina is Kalopian Province in the West of State. The western two thirds of the state is mostly covered by the mountain ranges and rangelands in the foothills of the Bocky Mountains, while the eastern third of the state is high elevation prairie known as the High Plains. Siphina is the third largest Kalopia province by area, and it is the least populous, with a Klaopia Census population of 145,876,781 in 3070. This is a 14.1% increase since 3050. The capital and the most populous city of Siphina is Hephaestus.
