Vico V was the fifth planet in the Vico planetary system, said to have the "wildest sky in the Alpha Quadrant". Mortimer Harren grew up on Vico V. Kathryn Janeway had never been there, but based on its reputation for starry skies, she commented that the location of his upbringing explained why he became a cosmologist. Harren didn't agree.
