Blizzard Chizzard Gizzard can be obtained by Blizzard Chizzards of course, either by killing them or taming them and harvesting from them after they have become your Pets. Blizzard Chizzards are peaceful blue-white dragon-chicken-like creatures spawning on Snow during the (ingame) day. They can be found in Taiga-biomes, snowy Tundras, Frozen Deserts and frozen Oceans, also sometimes high up in the Mountains or Canyons. One Blizzard Chizzard Gizzard can be made into one Questionable Jerky each (since R25) by putting it into a Forge together with some Fuel. This jerky is used in Food.
