Downtown Race is one of the two level one 2 player speed mode levels in Sonic Adventure 2 and Sonic Adventure 2: Battle (the other being Grind Race). The whole level is played on boards similar to the beginning of City Escape. Since it's covered in snow, control on the board is a little more slippery than the beginning of City Escape. It takes place on a street similar to the one seen at the beginning of City Escape.
