Riese, now entitled, Riese: Kingdom Falling, is a steampunk web series which debuted November 2, 2009. Set in a completely different universe than our own, the series is about a wandering princess named Riese, who is obliged to travel incognito because her evil cousin overthrew her in a successful coup d'état. She flees across the dying lands of Eleysia with her wolf Fenrir, hunted by the terrifying religious group known as The Sect. It was the Sect that assisted her cousin in overthrowing Riese's family; the rightful holders of the crown of Elysia. Riese must evade the assassins her cousin has sent to kill her while discovering the Sect's true objectives.
