Pributi Chima is the Secretary General of the United Nations when Anna visited the United Nations Peace Summit. He appears very suspicious of the true motives of the Visitors. He expresses his opposition to the Visitors due to various side effects their presence has on the world, such as the impact of the global healthcare industry by the establishment of Visitor Healing Centers. He is further disturbed by Anna play of "politics with tragedy" under the guise of diplomacy (after the Visitors come to the aid of Timbal), to gain public and political clout.
