The Halls of Magical Mastery is a place in Gloriana to the distant south of Spielburg Valley. There are many entrances to the Halls in the south. Only those worthy of becoming Wizards, and find ways to the Halls. The Wizard's Institute of Technocery and the Realm of Wizards can be accessed from an entrance in Shapeir.
