The sky in Hueco Mundo is dark. It is the sky within the dome of Las Noches that is bright. This is artificially made by Aizen and when the dome is damaged during fighting later in the Arrancar arc, you can see the natural night time sky of Hueco Mundo showing through it, contrasting directly with the bright blue artificial sky on the dome.
