Bloons 2 Level Editor was released on Halloween of 2010. It is similar to Bloons World, but it uses the new bloons. Using it is now free of charge. Somehow, bloons 2 level editor still says "coming at end of october" As of the discontinuation of MochiGames, the level editor is no longer accessible.
