Don has no skill points at the start of the game, and his interests are randomized when he is first spawned in-game. When he is first moved onto a lot, he is 29 days from being an elder. It is only referenced in the game files that he only has 1 day left. Even though in the story, Don is introduced as Vincent's friend, they will only think of each other as "Just Met" at the end of the story, unless the player chooses to have Vincent build his relationship with Don.
