It was the homeworld of the Near-Human Inicran species, numerous Human colonists, and several important mines. It was discovered in 20,080 and settled by the Republic in 20,073 BBY. The capital city, Junor, was the moon's only city and had 12,020 residents-7,340 Humans and 4,680 Inicrans-in 19,990 BBY. By 12,000 BBY, the population of Junor was up slightly-13,473-but the number of full Inicrans had decreased to 3,622. It was home to the moon's sole spaceport.
