The Before Hiigaran Landfall, or BHL for short, was a dating system used by the Hiigarans for the time before their return to the homeworld, Hiigara. It replaced the old Kharakian Dating System (KDS) that had been used up to that period, and was used alongside the general galactic system of the Galactic Standard Year (GSY). The Mothership fleet arrived in the Hiigaran system in the year 0 AHL/BHL, or 1216 in the old Kharakian Dating System.
