The Azure City Smith was a swordsmith. Roy goes to the smith to get his sword repaired. The smith informs him that Roy's Greenhilt Sword is not made of Starmetal but is actually made of ordinary steel. The smith then reforges his sword with an alloy of starmetal and ordinary steel. After Roy gives a speech on how he will "destroy Xykon once and for all" the sword smith points out the sword is still hot, after Roy burns his hand.
