Trogwhales were a non-sentient species of horned animals from the planet Kintan in the Kintan system of the Si'Klaata Cluster in Hutt Space. The species evolved over several thousand years due to mutations caused by a large dose of radiation which originated from M'dweshuu, a star located at the heart of the Si'Klaata cluster, going nova. The species was immense in size and were considered fearsome monsters. Due to the threat the trogwhales posed the sentient Nikto species, who were also native to Kintan, the Nikto drove them to extinction.
