Gil has only introduced one deal so far on the Springfield Sign called the "A Sign and Doom" offer which gave the player the Springfield Sign and the Volcano Lair for 250 donuts. This deal was available from January 11, 2013 until January 14, 2013. During the Black Friday 2015 Promotion the player got a refund (rebate) of 40 donuts when purchased.
