The Tenebrous Council is a collection (and the largest collection) of Shadowcasters on Darelth. It is a global conspiracy dedicated to helping the forces of Shadow achieve dominance over that of Light, in return for worldly power. The sigil of the Tenebrous Council consists of two downward-pointing black teardrops, whose backs touch each other, on a circular field of white. The Security Branch is dedicated to enforcing the Council's rules, securing the organization's bases, and conducting any offensive operations. The security branch colors the sigil's field red.
