Bley Olk was a female Umbaran and a Jedi Master. She was the Head Administrator of the Belsavis Jedi Academy. She later became a founding member of the new Jedi Council. She was captured by the Reavers during the Battle of Belsavis. She was set free by the Jedi Master Daniell Kenobi Solo.
