The High Reaver is a giant/behemoth-type enemy from Final Fantasy XII found among Reavers in the Pharos. The High Reaver is a stronger form of the Reaver. High Reaver was named Apanda Leader in the Japanese version, a reference to the Apanda in Final Fantasy Tactics (which in turn is retranslated as Reaver in Final Fantasy Tactics: The War of the Lions).
