The Yobanjin lamellar was a medium armor very similar to Rokugani lamellar, constructed of a large number of identical rectangular plates with a rounded upper edge, laced together tightly and constructed in rows. The Yobanjin tribes must forage to find components to create their armor. The plates did not extended below the shoulders, leaving the arms free to maneuver while the warrior was on horseback.
