Motto To LOVE-Ru is the anime sequel to To LOVE-Ru. The series was first announced in 2010, and the first episode was aired on October 5th, 2010. Motto To Love Ru was produced by Xebec and directed by Atsushi Ootsuki. The show is made up of twelve episodes with three, seven-minute long stories in each episode, much like the sixth To LOVE-Ru OVA. The opening is "Loop-the-Loop" by Kotoko and the ending is "Baby Baby Love" by Haruka Tomatsu. While the first To Love Ru anime series made many differences from the original story, this series follows the manga more closely, though the chapters are in a mostly random order. This lead to the series being better received by fans of the manga, along with critics.
