Charlescomm is a country well to the east of Gobwin Knob and the countries of the Jetsone Alliance (Charles refers to the war between Gobwin Knob and the Alliance as the "great western conflict"). It is ruled by Charlie, a mysterious figure who known as a mercenary lending his services to the highest bidder and who is in possession of the Arkendish, one of the identified Arkentools. All known units from Charlescomm are Archons--female units with significant spellcasting powers. They are not identified as "casters" per se, although they may be.
