Sascha Goc (born April 14, 1979 in Calw, West Germany) is a German ice hockey player currently playing for the Hannover Scorpions of the Deutsche Eishockey Liga. He played in the National Hockey League for the New Jersey Devils and the Tampa Bay Lightning; he also played in the American Hockey League for the Albany River Rats and the Springfield Falcons. His brother Marcel Goc currently plays for the Nashville Predators of the NHL. Sascha is a valued penalty killer. He was a member on the Germany hockey team in the 1998 Winter Olympics in Nagano, Japan and in the 2002 Winter Olympics in Salt Lake City.
