There's a reason this game is rated Mature. It features violence, blood, gore, and extremely disturbing imagery for some players. If a parent feels that a 13 year old can handle this, then it is up to them, but it is highly recommended that the game either be played with that supervision, or not at all. It is not a game that is designed for adolescents, and as such probably should not be played by one.
