Hiroko Ayanatsume has been stuck in Tier 4 for all of its existence. Despite a slow start, the team has been able to produce above twenty wins nearly every season after its first. Extensive injuries during the playoffs and a cadre of developing players pit the team as one of the premier risers, despite their strong history of a lack thereof. The team has spent a total of seven seasons in tier 4 despite the hiring of star Lorens Rabinowitz some seasons ago, and its strong financial base in addition to an enlarged stadium provides hope for the future.
