The Bloodstar Mine is one of the primary sources of star-metal in the world, supplying Xiltar, the southern Great Neck Empire, and the eastern Xalar Empire with star-metal. It is located just outside of the Three Army Pass in the neutral, unclaimed territory of Bloodstar Valley. In fact, the three countries work hard to ensure that it remains neutral and unclaimed territory. The mine is jointly administered by the three countries.
