The United Junior Hockey League was an independent Junior "A" ice hockey league. The 2009-10 season was scheduled to start in early September and end in late March, with showcase tournaments to be held in addition to the league's playoffs. The league was based in Wilmington, Delaware with Elmira Jackals pro scout Jimi Simmons as President.
