Loesia (pronounced loe-EE-shah), nicknamed Loey (LOW-ee), is a Tortallan child who was affected by the Scanran War in 460 HE. She was one of the refugee children who lived at Haven, the refugee camp that was commanded by Keladry of Mindelan. She was taken, along with other Haven children, by Stenmun Kinslayer who had aims to take them to Blayce the Gallan. Loey took up arms at the battle of Fief Rathhausak, along with Gydane Elder and Tobeis Boon.
