Lee Revision 1.6 - 9 September 2001 Introduction and Overview This book of advanced rules is a compilation of what I think are the best Axis and Allies rules variations I have encountered. These variations include ideas from IAAPA’s David (Starchild)’s Cut-Throat Rules, R. D. Baker’s Enhanced Rules, Avalon Hill’s Axis and Allies: Europe and Pacific rules, and many of my own.
