Old Mother Kwan is a resident of Tien's Landing. She built the Teahouse there and remained in possession until Three Sheets Dutong arrived with an Imperial Writ claiming he was the rightful owner of the land the Teahouse was built on. If the Player chooses to investigate Dutong's acquisition of the Teahouse, it begins Quest: Old Mother Kwan. Spoiler warning: Plot and/or ending details follow. The Imperial Writ presented by Dutong turns out to be a forgery. Player has the option of returning the Teahouse to Old Mother Kwan or accepting money from Dutong to keep quiet.
